Well-being and mindfulness are integral parts of a healthy and productive learning environment. This paper delves into three areas of mental health, mindfulness and well-being in education, discussing associated benefits, challenges and guidance for educators. In this episode, we talk about how mental health affects academic performance, the importance of mindfulness in decreasing stress and the role of wellness in building resilience. The paper concludes with recommendations for educators, policymakers, and other stakeholders, advocating for a holistic approach towards mental health and well-being for students.
