Editorial Policy

1. Scope and Mission

The GKU Journal of Multidisciplinary Research is committed to publishing high-quality research articles, reviews, case studies, and short communications from diverse disciplines including Science, Technology, Humanities, Social Sciences, Education, Law, Commerce, and Management. The journal fosters interdisciplinary dialogue and aims to disseminate knowledge that advances academic research and innovation.

2. Editorial Independence

The editorial team operates independently and maintains objectivity and fairness in all editorial decisions. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic merit, relevance, and originality without regard to the authors’ race, gender, institutional affiliation, or nationality.

3. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Each paper is reviewed by at least two experts in the relevant field. The review process ensures confidentiality and impartiality and aims to provide constructive feedback to authors.

4. Plagiarism and Ethical Standards

The journal follows strict ethical standards:

  • All manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using reliable software.
  • Submissions with more than 10% similarity index (excluding references and common phrases) may be rejected or sent back for revision.
  • Authors must ensure proper citation and originality of content.

5. Authorship and Contributions

Only those who have made significant contributions to the manuscript should be listed as authors. All authors must approve the final version before submission. Any change in authorship after submission must be approved by the editor with proper justification.

6. Conflicts of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors are required to disclose any potential conflict of interest. Transparency in financial or personal relationships is crucial for maintaining trust and integrity.

7. Open Access Policy

The journal follows an Open Access model, allowing free and unrestricted access to all published content. This ensures wide dissemination and visibility of scholarly work.

8. Publication Frequency

The journal is published 06 issues per year.

9. Appeals and Complaints

Authors may appeal editorial decisions or file complaints about the editorial process. These will be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief .
