Guru Kashi University unveils its "GKU Journal of Multidisciplinary Research"

The journal release was graced by Dr Rameshwar Singh, Vice Chancellor, Dr Piush Verma, Registrar, Dr Vijay Laxmi, Journal Editor, Dr Rajinder Kumar, Co-Editor, Dr Jaswinder Singh, Dean, Faculty of Physical Education, Dr Navdeep Singh Grewal, Assistant Dean (Research), and Mr Parveen Kumar Sachdeva, PRO, Guru Kashi University.

The journal showcases high-quality multidisciplinary research with a special focus on Physical Education, reflecting the university’s commitment to academic excellence and innovation.

In his message, Chancellor S. Gurlabh Singh Sidhu congratulated the editorial team, stating that the journal would bridge multiple disciplines and support the publications of emerging researchers. Dr Rameshwar Singh, Vice Chancellor, dedicated the journal to the theme “Youth Power – Nation’s Strength” with a special issue on Physical Education, highlighting opportunities in Agriculture and Artificial Intelligence.

Dr Vijay Laxmi termed the release a historic milestone and announced that GKU aims to publish four such journals annually, each focusing on a special theme. This is the first periodical dedicated to disseminating the research of the university’s scholars and researchers to the scientific community, both online and offline.
